  1. Racial profiling 100%. The last news that I know that the CEO of Starbucks, step in on this matter and the manager of this particular Starbucks was fired.

  3. Exactly how long were they sitting there without ordering? A few minutes seems like no problem. 30 minutes plus is clearly loitering. They haven't mentioned that part.
